Fuse Audio Limited Warranty

Fuse Audio products come with a 1 Year limited warranty for the original retail purchaser, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and is subject to the conditions and limitations outlined below. This warranty does not cover shipping costs for warranty service. Batteries come with a 6 month warranty, starting from date of purchase.

Authorized Purchases Only

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Fuse Audio or an authorized Fuse Audio dealer. Fuse Audio does not provide warranty coverage for products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Unauthorized sellers may offer products that are damaged, defective, refurbished, or otherwise altered. A list of authorized dealers can be provided upon request, and online buyers should verify that the seller is authorized.

How to Request Warranty Service

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact the dealer from which the product was purchased, providing your original receipt as proof of purchase.
  2. If assistance from the dealer is unavailable, contact Fuse Audio’s customer service via our Contact Us page.

If your product is confirmed to have defects in materials or workmanship within 1 year of purchase, Fuse Audio will replace it at no charge. If your model is no longer available, Fuse Audio may issue a merchandise credit for use at fuseaudio.com or replace it with a current model of equal or greater value.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Improper installation, storage, handling, transportation, or inadequate packaging.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect, including commercial use or exposure to environmental elements.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or attempted repair by non-authorized service providers.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, paint damage) or ordinary wear and tear.
  • Voltage inputs exceeding the rated maximum for the product.
  • Installation or repairs performed by anyone other than a Fuse Audio-authorized technician.
  • Serial number tampering: The warranty is void if the product’s serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.
  • Transfer of ownership: This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable.

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Refund Policy (Website Purchases Only)

For products purchased directly from the Fuse Audio website, returns for a refund are valid only within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns without an RMA may be delayed in processing. To obtain an RMA, please contact Fuse Audio customer service through our Contact Us page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, minus any applicable restocking fee, and applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Replacement Policy

If your warranty claim is approved, Fuse Audio will replace the product free of charge as long as the model is available. If unavailable, Fuse Audio may replace it with a current model of equal or greater value or issue a merchandise credit for use at fuseaudio.com.

Fuse Audio does not accept liability for:

  • Incidental, consequential, or special damages, whether direct or indirect.
  • Third-party claims related to product malfunctions, losses, or unavailability.

Maximum Liability: Fuse Audio’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Shipping for Returns and Replacements

To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and, if applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For high-value items (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

International Customers

For customers in Canada, US territories, or outside the United States, Fuse Audio products comply with applicable local laws. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the product with your original receipt. If assistance is unavailable, please contact Fuse Audio’s customer service team. Shipping is not included for any reason and will be the responsibility of the customers for any and all return shipments. 

Unauthorized Dealer Warning

Fuse Audio warranties apply only to purchases made through authorized sellers. Products sold by unauthorized dealers may not meet Fuse Audio quality standards, and Fuse Audio is unable to provide warranty coverage for these items.

Reminder: Warranties are non-transferable. Items purchased second-hand, including those from resale sites like eBay or Craigslist, are not covered by this warranty.
